How to Disable SMS Authentication [WEB, APP]

You can disable the phone number you use for two-factor authentication (2FA) if you cannot receive SMS verification codes.

In order to protect your account, withdrawals transactions will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number.

Here’s how to disable it on the BINANCE TH website and BINANCE TH application

1. Log in to your BINANCE TH account and go to [Profile] - [Security].

2. On Web - Click [Disable] next to [SMS Authentication].

2. On App - Choose [SMS Authentication] and toggle it off.

3. Read the notes carefully before clicking [OK]. Please note that withdrawals transactions will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your authenticator.

4. Complete 2FA to continue.

5. Your phone number has been removed. Please note that withdrawals transactions will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your authenticator.
